The Dorchester County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs, Early Start program serves children with differing conditions and abilities including:

  • Prematurity and low birth weight
  • Developmental delays
  • Genetic conditions
  • Autism spectrum disorders
  • Speech and communication delays
  • Cerebral palsy and other neurological disorders
  • Medical conditions
